GETTING STARTED

A clear beginning.
A connected workspace.

Understand the core building blocks before introducing your first project.

Organisation

The company-level context for your team. Confirm the current account and subscription rules during onboarding.

Workspace

The working environment for members, roles, settings, and project information.

Project

The home for delivery milestones, supporting evidence, risks, issues, and change context.

YOUR FIRST STEPS

Start with the essentials.

  1. Get the right access

Use your invitation or the link supplied by your workspace administrator. Confirm which workspace and role you need.

  2. Set up a representative project

Define the owner, milestones, and project structure. Keep the first evaluation focused on a real workflow.

  3. Connect the evidence

Gather the documents and records needed for the next stage review. Give each missing item an owner.

  4. Review and learn

Walk through the decision with the reviewer. Record what worked and what your team needs to configure.

I cannot sign in. What should I do?

Check the workspace URL and email address supplied by your administrator. If your organisation uses Microsoft sign-in, confirm that the connection has been configured for your email domain. Ask your workspace administrator to check membership and access.

Can I import my current project data?

Confirm the supported file formats, fields, and migration scope for your rollout before preparing an import. Keep an original copy and validate a representative sample first.

Where do I get billing help?

Your organisation’s account owner should use the commercial contact provided with the subscription. For general billing or support enquiries, email hello@aevupm.com.

Is there a mobile app?

This website does not claim a native mobile app. Confirm supported devices and product browser requirements during evaluation.
