THE WORK, COMPLETED

A clear pack for the meeting.
A clear next step after it.

For enterprise PMO, transformation and portfolio teams building a consistent leadership review rhythm.

01

A portfolio update

Every included project, its dated source update, analyst assessment and native delivery indicators.

02

Decisions in focus

The questions leadership needs to answer, with the decision owner and due date kept explicit.

03

Accountable follow-up

Actions grouped by urgency, with recorded owners, dates, progress and customer outcomes.

04

A retained record

An issued report and PDF, complete project detail and revision history when a correction is needed.

A WEEKLY SERVICE RHYTHM

From project facts
to a leadership-ready pack.

Agree the reporting scope, update owners, evidence cutoff and audience before the first cycle.

  1. 01 / COLLECT

    Get the facts

Project owners provide dated updates. The analyst reconciles the roster and makes missing or stale information visible.

  2. 02 / PREPARE

    Build the pack

The analyst assembles the complete portfolio report, next actions and customer decision requests.

  3. 03 / REVIEW

    Check it independently

A different authorised reviewer checks the exact pack. Changes return it for fresh preparation and review.

  4. 04 / DELIVER

    Issue a dependable record

Authorised customer readers receive the issued report and PDF. Later corrections preserve the original revision.

CONFIDENCE IN THE INFORMATION

A missing update
stays visible.

Leadership needs to know how current the reporting is. Coverage shows the full roster, including stale and missing inputs.

Analyst assessment and native calculated health remain separate. A current update does not automatically mean a project is on track.

In this synthetic example: 8 current updates, 1 stale and 1 missing across 10 projects.

FOLLOW THROUGH AFTER THE REVIEW

Give the next step
an owner and a date.

Bring overdue actions, upcoming work and decisions awaiting a response into one follow-up view.

Record the customer's actual decision outcome when it arrives. The PMO maintains the record; your leadership retains decision authority.

Issued reports retain their cutoff-based assessment. New information belongs in a new cycle or correction.

START WITH A FOCUSED PILOT

One workspace.
A repeatable weekly outcome.

Start with up to ten projects. Agree the cadence, source inputs, analyst, independent reviewer and reporting audience, then use the weekly cycle to evaluate the service.

Scope, delivery responsibilities and commercial terms are agreed for your pilot. The screens here demonstrate the implemented workflow using fictional data.

BEFORE WE START

Good questions.
Clear answers.

What does our team receive each week?

An issued portfolio report and PDF with every included project, reporting coverage, visible information gaps, next actions and customer decision requests. The exact reviewed record and revision history remain available in AEVU.

Who does the PMO work?

We agree the service responsibilities before your pilot. Project owners supply facts, an analyst reconciles and prepares the report, and a separate authorised reviewer checks it. AEVU provides the workflow and retained record; named people remain accountable for delivery.

What happens when an update is missing or changes later?

Missing and stale inputs stay explicit. An issued pack is frozen. Later changes use a new cycle or correction, with fresh preparation and independent review while the earlier issue is retained.

Who can see the report?

Current workspace reporting permissions and access to every included project determine access. Customer readers see issued packs; preparation, review and issue require their respective permissions.

Are these real customer results?

These are actual captures from the working AEVU system on 28 October 2026, using a synthetic Cedar Distribution workspace. They demonstrate the workflow and do not represent customer results, measured savings or a live data feed.
