SOLUTIONS / RETAIL, HOSPITALITY & MULTI-SITE EXPANSION

Every location.
A clearer opening plan.

Coordinate the projects behind expansion. Give each opening or refurbishment its own plan while retaining a shared view of readiness and delivery exposure.

Starter-pack scope. Available in the product catalogue; sector-specific demonstration and practitioner validation are still in progress. Confirm suitability for your workflow in a demo.

A SHARED PMO FOUNDATION

Your delivery context.
A connected record.

Repeated projects still have local dependencies. AEVU combines a common governance structure with project-specific plans and site codes, helping a PMO compare the work without assuming every location is identical.

TWO STARTERS TO EXPLORE

A considered starting point.

A starter records the solution and recommends a delivery profile and method. Your team builds the real plan, assigns people and assesses the suggested risks.

STARTER 01

New Location Opening

Recommended: internal initiative · Waterfall

Coordinate site readiness, supplier commitments and the work needed to prepare an opening.

STARTER 02

Location Refurbishment

Recommended: internal initiative · Waterfall

Organise a location refresh with explicit responsibilities, dates and review evidence.

Documents and gate requirements come from the portfolio or workspace template. Starters do not generate a complete plan or approved evidence.

AN EXAMPLE DELIVERY JOURNEY

From intent to a recorded decision.

01

Identify the location

Create the internal initiative, record the site code and establish the planned budget and accountable project team.

02

Coordinate prerequisites

Build supplier and readiness milestones, maintain owners and review risks such as late delivery or training readiness.

03

Review the portfolio

Inspect projects in their programme or portfolio. Filter supported reports by recorded site and solution-pack information.

A CLOSER LOOK

Good questions.
Clear answers.

What does choosing a starter create?

It records the selected solution and starter version and sets a recommended delivery profile and method. The project starts with its summary milestone; the project team defines the actual plan.

Can different industry packs coexist?

Yes. A workspace can enable multiple packs. Organisation industry, client industry and the project’s chosen solution remain separate classifications.

Is the screenshot an industry customer example?

No. The image shows the actual shared AEVU platform with demonstration data. We do not present it as a customer result or a validated specialist industry workflow.
