The implemented annual catalogue is ten monthly payments for twelve months. Starter has no extra-seat option. Enterprise is a negotiated plan and is not available through self-serve trial signup.

Is there a free trial?

The application supports 14-day trials for Starter, Team and Business. Open customer signup to check availability and review trial terms. If the application displays Coming soon, registration has not opened yet.

How are seats counted?

Seats are counted across the organisation, not separately in each workspace. Active people who can sign in and pending invitations count under the implemented seat rules.

What happens when a subscription ends?

The implemented subscription flow can put the organisation into read-only standing. Data and history remain, while write actions are refused. Confirm retention and contractual access terms for the production service.

Are AI credits unlimited?

No. Self-serve plans have included monthly credits, and the product supports paid top-up packs. Runs also remain subject to organisation, workspace and optional project allowances.

Which security and support promises are included?

Confirm enforced SSO, retention, hosting, support and service-level requirements during evaluation. Plan-card wording is not a substitute for an implemented control or a signed service commitment.
